Terms and Conditions - Silverstone Challenge
1. This free prize draw is open to the individual names printed on this marketing literature; or members of the UK public who request a test drive of a new Lotus vehicle at one of our official UK dealers. The prize draw is not open to employees of Lotus Cars Limited, related companies, their families or agents.
2. Entry to the prize draw is dependant upon the person completing a test drive of a new Lotus vehicle at one of our Official UK dealers* and completing the information required on the marketing literature.
3. Test drives are subject to availability. The Official UK Dealer has absolute discretion to refuse to allow an individual to take a test drive.
4. Entrants must hold a full driving licence and meet the insurance requirements of the Official UK Dealer.
5. Only one entry per person. Entrants must be UK residents.
6. Closing date: 30th April 2008.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries within six weeks of the closing date and will be notified by post.
8. The winner or any person nominated by the winner as the driver must comply with the Silverstone terms and conditions**.
9. The prize is subject to availability. Lotus Cars Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.
10. The winner is responsible for arranging a date and time with Silverstone Circuits Limited. The prize voucher is valid until 5th May 2009.
11. Lotus Cars Limiteds decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
12. The winner may be required to participate in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this prize draw.
13. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
